The circular for hiring has been published by the Bangladesh Army. General trades (GD) and technical trades will be recruited as troops for this army. Men and women are both eligible. Candidates may apply from any of the 64 districts in the nation. Beginning on December 10 and running through January 31 is the application period.
Qualifications for Application
To apply for General Trade, candidates must have passed the SSC or an equivalent test with a minimum GPA of 3.0. (GD). As of March 3, 2024, the candidate's age cannot be less than 17 or greater than 21.
SSC Vocational must be passed with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in the pertinent technical topic in order to be considered for employment in technical trades. Following completion of the SSC or its equivalent, candidates must complete six months of training in the relevant trade from an institution recognized by the Technical Education Board. Those who have finished a scientific departmental or diploma course will be given preference.
Physical Fitness
Male applicants must be at least 5 feet 6 inches tall, weigh at least 49.90 kg, and have a chest measurement of 30 inches when uninflated and 32 inches when inflated for both general and technical positions. However, applicants from several underrepresented castes and communities must be at least 5 feet 4 inches tall.
Female applicants must be at least 5 feet 3 inches tall, weigh at least 47 kg, and have a chest measurement of 28 inches when uninflated and 30 inches when inflated. However, applicants from several underrepresented castes and communities must be at least five feet one inch tall. Both male and female candidates must pass a health examination, be single, and be able to swim.
How to Apply
Candidates who are interested should first send a brief message to the Teletalk prepaid number. Send the district code, roll number, pass year, first three letters of the SSC pass board, and message choice to 16222. Once the candidate's information has been verified, a pin number will be given after the initial SMS. Send a brief message once again after obtaining the pin number. In this situation, the application cost is Tk 200.
The candidate will receive a user ID and password following the second SMS. After that, you must complete the online application by visiting this page. Candidates are required to attach a color picture when completing the application. The applicant must print the admission card after completing the online application. Failure to print admit card within 72 hours of application cannot be printed later.
